We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design across IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

The successful candidate will lead solution design workshops during the Plan phase, define scalable technical architectures, ensure alignment with CMDB/CSDM standards and ServiceNow platform best practices, and provide architectural guidance and design assurance throughout the Execute phase.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design across ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM workstreams.
• Conduct solution design workshops during the Plan phase to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation strategies.
• Define solution architecture, design principles, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
• Ensure alignment with CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow platform best practices.
• Provide architectural guidance to development and implementation teams throughout the Execute phase.
• Review solution designs and technical implementation approaches to ensure compliance with agreed architecture standards.
• Oversee architecture considerations for ServiceNow Discovery, configuration management, and asset management capabilities.
• Design and guide integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and technical teams.
• Provide design assurance throughout implementation and support the resolution of architecture-related issues.
• Ensure solution quality, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect in enterprise implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong ServiceNow architecture expertise across IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, including discovery design and CMDB integration.
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Experience with configuration item (CI) data modelling, relationships, and service mapping alignment.
• Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience designing and managing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, technical design standards, and implementation best practices.
• Experience leading technical design workshops and translating business requirements into solution architectures.
• Ability to conduct architecture reviews, provide design assurance, and guide technical implementation teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, CMDB, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), or Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM implementations.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple technical teams and stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in ServiceNow solution architecture and enterprise implementations.
• Strong hands-on and architectural experience across ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Experience leading design workshops and providing architecture assurance during project execution.
• Experience delivering complex ServiceNow transformation projects is highly desirable.
