Position: Account Admin

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Admin to assist with the company's daily accounting operations, primarily focusing on Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Process supplier invoices, payments and payment records.
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor outstanding payments.
• Follow up on overdue payments and maintain accurate account records.
• Perform data entry and update financial transactions.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and financial documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly account reporting.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
