Assistwith planting, pruning, watering, weeding, grass cutting, and harvesting
Assistwith food production, packaging, labelling, inventory, and order preparation
Maintaincleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
Prepareand assist with customer deliveries
Handlecollections, stock movements, and logistical arrangements
Supportbazaars, exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional activities
Setup displays, introduce products, and engage customers
Assistthe founder with daily business operations
Identifytasks that need attention and take initiative
Supportdifferent departments whenever required
JobRequirements
Adaptability& Initiative
: Strong sense of responsibility, proactive approach to problem-solving, andwillingness to take initiative in daily tasks
Communication& Teamwork
: Goodinterpersonal skills and comfort interacting with customers and team members
PhysicalCapabilities
: Comfortable with hands-on physical labour, outdoor farm work, and standing forextended periods
Flexibility
: Open to supporting occasional weekendevents or pop-ups when scheduled
DrivingLicense
: ValidSingapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage (for handling deliveries andlogistics)
