Job Summary
You will attend site visits and surveys, relay information for drawing amendments, brief installers to ensure satisfactory work, and manage defect resolution until project closure.
Responsibilities
Conduct site visits, surveys, and take accurate measurements to support project planning and execution
Communicate detailed site information to designers to facilitate precise drawing amendments
Brief the Lead installer clearly to ensure on-site work meets client standards and project specifications
Identify and manage defects, comments, and outstanding works to ensure timely closure and client satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess a Class 2 or Class 3 driving license to facilitate site visits
Ability to read basic drawings and perform site measurements to support accurate project execution
Knowledge in electrical, interior, or renovation works to contribute relevant expertise on site
OBJECTIVE: The company establized to carry on the business of builders, general construction, building Contractors, steel structures reinforced concrete specialists and to construct, execute, carry out. Equip, improve work, develop, administer manage or control, public works and all conveniences of all kinds
GENERAL BUILDING: All types of building works in connection with any structure. being build or to be built for the support shelter and enclosure of chattels or movable property of any kind scope of work includes the addition & alteration works on building, involving structural changes and installation, construction of multi- storey car parks, buildings and utility plants CIVIL ENGINEERING: Works involving concrete masonry and steel in bridges, sewers, culverts, retaining walls, channels, drainages systems, underground structures, cutting and filling embankments, river banks, excavation of deep trenches, scraping of sub-soil, surface drainage works, flexible pavement, rigid pavement or laterite roads, bus bay open car park and related works such as kerbs and walkways
COMMITMENT: We are regularly supplying skilled labour, related personnel’s and tool for the construction of the works. Our respective personnel’s are actively and directly involved in supervising and contracting of various sub-contract projects
