Full Time PRODUCTION MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in VME Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities & Authorities

• Plan, implement and control the production schedule
• Review and adjust the schedule as when needed
• Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels
• Determine the material resources required
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• Make decisions on equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Set product quality standards
• Monitor quality standards of products
• Analyze, implement and enforce production, quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
• Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
• Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
• Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Estimate, set and manage production budgets and costs
• Implement cost control programs
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including Project, Procurement and Management

Education & Experience (Preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, industrial technology and/or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience on production floor, executive and above, 1-2 years at senior executive position or equivalent.

Skills & Knowledge (Required or To Be Provided if do not possess)

• knowledge of steel materials
• knowledge of quality systems and standards
• knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
• knowledge of process improvement techniques
• knowledge of human resource principles and practices
• knowledge of machines and tools
• knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices
• solid computer skills
• knowledge of crane fabrication and manufacturing is advantage

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
