Full Time M-E Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Heath Care (Dialysis) Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

• Planning and coordination: Prepare the M&E programme, coordinate with other trades, and review drawings and shop drawings.
• Managing site M&E coordinators: Assign, guide and monitor the M&E coordinators at each site, review their reports, and make sure they follow standards and the programme.
• Site execution: Supervise M&E subcontractors and check quality and progress through site inspections.
• Quality and statutory compliance: Run inspection and test plans, and manage authority and utility submissions and approvals.
• Cost and procurement: Select subcontractors and materials, validate claims and control variations.
• Health and safety: Enforce permit-to-work, electrical isolation and working-at-height rules.
• Testing and commissioning: Witness testing and commissioning, and collect O&M manuals, as-builts and warranties.
• Handover and defects: Close punch lists and rectify defects during the defects liability period.
• Team leadership: Lead M&E engineers and supervisors and liaise with the client and consultants.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 10–12 years in M&E construction, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Certification: PEng or Competent Person/Chargeman (an advantage).
• Knowledge: MEP systems, codes and standards, and the statutory approval process.
• Core skills: Planning, coordination, problem-solving and leadership.
• Software: AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, and BIM (preferred).
• Salary: Negotiable starting from RM10,000.00+

Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month
