Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer follow-ups via WhatsApp.
• Support the sales team with daily operations.
• Update customer information and order records.
• Coordinate customer inquiries and follow-up tasks.
• Assist with administrative and documentation tasks.
• Work closely with your supervisor on real business operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree student in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
