Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
Assist with ticketing, ticket checks, and directing guests to cinema halls.
Prepare and serve popcorn, snacks, and beverages at concession counters.
Handle customer enquiries and assist with basic service issues.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of cinema halls, counters, and common areas.
Replenish stocks and assist with basic inventory checks.
Follow operational, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Support daily cinema operations and promotional activities as required.
Requirements
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and a friendly personality.
Responsible, punctual, and comfortable interacting with customers.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Comfortable performing both customer service and operational duties.
