Responsibilities
We are seeking a versatile and motivated team member to support retail sales, customer engagement and digital marketing activities for our premium lighting and luxury home décor business.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers, recommend suitable products and support sales conversions.
Promote the company’s product range and services through effective customer engagement.
Explore potential sales opportunities beyond the retail showroom.
Provide product information and assist customers throughout the buying journey.
Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Assist with creating and publishing relevant product and promotional content.
Work closely with a small team to support sales, marketing and daily business operations.
Maintain a positive and professional approach to customers and colleagues.
Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
Interest in retail sales, digital marketing, lighting or interior décor.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a small team.
