Job Title: Marketing Senior Executive / Supervisor

Job Summary:

• Basic up to S$ 5,900.00

• Entitled AWS + VB

• Location: Kallang

• Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:30pm

Job Description:

• Oversee B2B marketing activities, including promotional planning, lead generation and sales enablement.

• This role may involve OT and overseas travel (overnight, for events / campaigns).

• Execute marketing activities based on data-driven results, ensuring accurate and smooth implementation and information management.

• Focus on achieving measurable results and evaluating performance objectively.

• Organize sales and customer data and create and update reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI for the sales team.

• Identify and explore new industries and potential markets (e.g. semiconductors, robotics, etc.).

• Refine the in-house database and maintain data accuracy and integrity.

• Identify customers' issues from limited information and propose appropriate next steps that connect the customer to Sales Engineer.

• Use reports and data analysis to reveal sales potential that is not yet visible.

• Direct and manage the work of sales administration staff to ensure smooth sales operations.
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business and Engineering will be prioritized.

• Proficient in Excel; experience building reports & dashboards with Power BI / Tableau or Power Automate will be a plus.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in marketing, or in the engineering field (technical or sales roles).

• Demonstrated leadership potential, able to set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, and drive execution.

• Proactive in proposing ideas for sales performance improvement & curious to investigate the reasons behind any outcomes.

• Proactive in proposing ideas for sales performance improvement.

• Excellent communication skills, from internal teams and to customers, to move things forward and build on them.

• Logical thinking by identify the issues with the greatest room for improvement, and drive problem-solving, reaching conclusions after actively learning from first-hand sources such as the team and customers.
