Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare authentic Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine.
Handle large-volume food production for airline catering, preparing meals in bulk according to daily flight requirements.
Work efficiently under tight production schedules and meet flight departure deadlines.
Maintain consistent food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.
Strictly adhere to food hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Ensure proper food storage, handling, labelling, and temperature control.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure the timely preparation and dispatch of flight meals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in Indian cooking, preferably in airline catering or central kitchens.
Strong knowledge of authentic Indian cuisine and large-scale bulk cooking.
Ability to handle high-volume food production while maintaining quality and consistency.
Must be flexible to work various shift patterns, including day shifts, night shifts, and rotating shifts.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict operational deadlines.
Good teamwork, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
