VENTROWORKS PTE. LTD. is a growing logistics and transportation company specialising in last-mile delivery and road freight operations in Singapore.

We are seeking responsible, hardworking and motivated individuals to join our expanding delivery operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily collection and delivery of parcels, goods and customer orders within assigned delivery zones.

• Ensure timely, safe and accurate completion of delivery assignments.

• Use mobile delivery applications for order management, route navigation and delivery updates.

• Handle goods professionally and maintain accurate delivery records.

• Comply with road traffic regulations, workplace safety standards and company procedures.

• Report delivery delays, incidents and operational issues promptly.

• Assist with additional logistics duties when required.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Working Days: 26 days per month, based on duty roster.

• Working Hours: 10–12-hour scheduled shifts, inclusive of applicable rest and meal breaks, subject to legal working-hour limits.

• Required to work on weekends, public holidays and during festive seasons according to operational requirements.

• Rest days will be scheduled according to operational needs and applicable employment regulations.

• Overtime may be required during peak delivery periods, with overtime compensation provided in accordance with the Employment Act.

Job Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Familiarity with Singapore roads and navigation applications is an advantage.

• Able to use smartphones and delivery applications.

• Physically capable of performing delivery duties.

• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and festive periods.

• Must meet applicable legal requirements for operating a power-assisted bicycle (PAB), where relevant.
