Responsibilities
SPA M Pte Ltd is looking for an HR Representative to handle day-to-day human resource operations and make sure the company follows Singapore employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding
Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, leave and attendance records
Maintain employee records and make sure they comply with PDPA
Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations through MOM systems
Make sure the company follows the Employment Act, the Fair Consideration Framework and the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and company policies
Coordinate staff training, performance appraisals and employee engagement activities
Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and workplace issues
