Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Director to define and execute our AI strategy, build AI capabilities, and lead a team. Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation in personalization, content creation, and user growth through AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s AI strategy and roadmap to drive business growth and innovation
• Lead the design and deployment of personalization and recommendation systems to enhance user engagement
• Apply generative AI techniques to automate and improve content creation, localization, and operational processes
• Utilize data analytics and AI models to support user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies
• Build, manage, and optimize AI/ML platforms and infrastructure to ensure scalable and reliable AI solutions
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of AI and data professionals to achieve strategic goals
• Ensure responsible AI use by adhering to data protection laws and intellectual property standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, recommender systems, generative AI, and large language models
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with consumer apps, digital media, or content platforms is an advantage
