Job Description:
Perform daily operations in the kitchen
Prepare mise-en-place and provide assistance to Sectional Chef / Sous Chef
Cook and present food effectively and efficiently in accordance to company’s operations standards
Clean fridges, workbenches, storages, cutting boards and kitchen equipment
Assist with the preparation of meal ingredients, includes washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, fruits and meat.
Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned
Requirement:
At least 1 year of working experience in hot/cold kitchen
Possess WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
Responsible & Punctual
Good team player and able to work independently
Able to work weekends and public holidays
