Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Executive to provide end-to-end technical support including system installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support across multiple environments. The role involves a combination of onsite and remote support for hardware, applications, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including POS and non-POS environments
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and infrastructure-related problems
• Support system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance activities
• Perform basic database checks and support (SQL knowledge is an advantage)
• Deliver user training and guidance when required
• Monitor and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams
• Support shared services including network infrastructure and internal systems
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and system configurations
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and service requests

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Must possess a valid driving license (GDL is an added advantage or willingness to obtain)
• Willing to travel and work in shifts when required
• Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and system support
• SQL knowledge is an added advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500
• Fixed Travel Allowance: RM 300

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
