Responsibilities

Employment Highlights
Basic salary: From $2,200 - 2,400
Team-based monthly commission: Average $300 – $500, with higher earnings of up to $700 – $800 during peak periods

Working Hours
5-day work week
44 hours per week
Retail hours scheduled within 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Shifts may include 12-hour shifts, scheduled within the retail operating hours, depending on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers on the sales floor and understand their needs before recommending suitable products
Deliver professional customer service while supporting upselling and cross-selling efforts to achieve sales targets
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangement
Support cashiering duties as required
Assist with store housekeeping and day-to-day retail operations
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Customer-oriented with an interest in the retail industry
Able to work retail shifts, including scheduled hours within store operating times
Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is an advantage
Additional Information
Retail Associates may be deployed to nearby stores/roadshow events from time to time for cross-training or to support business needs
