Full Time Operations - AI Automation Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in BREAKFAST AT FLUFFY'S PTE. LTD. Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Operations & AI Automation Coordinator to support our growing business operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to streamline daily workflows, integrate smart AI automation tools, manage our digital brand presence, and drive sales engagement. This is a growth-oriented role designed to transition the candidate into a key leadership position responsible for managing operational frameworks and readiness plans for our future second outlet expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & AI Automation Integration:
Partner with the Operations Manager to map daily administrative bottlenecks and assist in deploying internal Generative AI tools and automated software rules to improve company-wide productivity.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
Plan, create, edit, and schedule engaging multimedia content across the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to boost local brand visibility.

Sales Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
Actively manage inbound digital customer inquiries, track sales pipelines, and execute local promotional campaigns to drive business growth.

Expansion Planning Support:
Replicate successful workflows into documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage the localized digital launch checklist to structurally prepare the business for multi-outlet expansion.

Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong willingness to master new digital workflows.

Basic familiarity with primary social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Resilient mindset with a strong interest in growing into an autonomous management role as the business scales.

NB: This position involves a 6-month On-the-Job training.
