Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering financial and operational data into our systems.

Candidates with basic accounting knowledge or bookkeeping experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry of invoices, receipts, payment records and other documents.
• Assist in basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Perform basic reconciliation of records and transactions when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Good numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
