Full Time Sales Director (Energy Storage Equipment) Jobs, in BwConcierge Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join a leading Energy Storage Manufacturer company. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute regional energy storage sales strategies, deliver annual revenue and market share goals for Middle Asian Market.

2. Develop and maintain key clients, including EPCs, system integrators, investors and utility clients.IPP

3. Build and manage sales channels and distributor networks, drive sustainable market growth.

4. Lead sales team management, business negotiation, project tracking and order closing.

5. Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics and customer demands to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 10+ years of energy storage/new energy sales experience.

2. Proven track record of large-scale energy storage project sales and overseas market development.

3. Rich resources in energy storage EPC, integrators and overseas local channels are preferred.

4. Fluent in English and local language for full business negotiation and cross-border communication.

5. Strong strategic thinking, business development capability and cross-team collaboration skills.
