Senior Kitchen Equipment Technician

Salary: $2,700 - $3,500 + OT pay

Working hour: 6 days per week, 8 hour per day

Working location: Woodlands

Job scope:

• Carry out preventive maintenance, inspection and servicing of kitchen equipment in accordance with prescribed checklists and maintenance schedules.
• Attend to breakdowns, defects and maintenance complaints involving kitchen equipment, including cooking equipment, combi ovens, steamers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers and other related kitchen appliances
• Ensure all M&E preventive maintenance works are carried out in accordance with prescribed checklists and maintenance schedules
• Lead technicians in attending to equipment breakdowns and maintenance complaints promptly

Requirement:

1) At least3 years of relevant hands-on working experience in kitchen equipment maintenance

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
