Maltem Asia is currently seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer – End-User Computing for our education-sector client in Singapore.

Role: Onsite IT Support Engineer – End-User Computing

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for staff and end users.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, operating system, application, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain end-user devices.
• Image and deploy PCs and laptops using approved standard configurations.
• Perform software installation, reinstallation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Configure printers, scanners, meeting-room equipment, and presentation devices.
• Assist with device replacement, data migration, secure wiping, and equipment relocation.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, email, browsers, and mobile devices.
• Maintain service tickets and escalate complex technical issues appropriately.
• Support online examinations, registration exercises, and other critical events.
• Provide responsive support to designated key users when required.

Requirements

• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in desktop support, EUC support, or onsite IT support.
• Good knowledge of Windows, laptops, desktops, Microsoft Office, printers, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with PC imaging, software installation, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good spoken English and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Willingness to work onsite in Singapore and support occasional activities outside normal office hours.
