Full Time HR - Admin Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,300 in POH MENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate the full process of recruitment i.e. posting job advertisements, scheduling for job interviews, shortlisting candidates and onboarding
2. Apply and renew foreign work passes i.e. Work Permit, S Pass, EP timely
3. Apply and renew staff's certifications, including upskilling of workers via CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling, etc
4. Ensure good staff attendance rate
5. Manage attendance recording and leaves via MS Excel and HR software system
6. Procure stationery and PPEs for office and work-site use
7. Assist in the preparation and generation of payroll via MS Excel and HR software system
8. Assist in staff management i.e. apply, renew or terminate workers' dormitory, accident/incident reporting, etc
9. Assist in disciplinary actions i.e. enforce house rules and uphold HR policy
10. Preparation of monthly reports
11. Relevant ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

• Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in HR's policies and procedures is advantageous
• MS Excel and MS Word
• Matured, commited, self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task
• Keen to learn and possess a positive attitude
• Able to start to work immediately or within short notice (Preferred)
