Job Scope

• Oversee the Manufacturing activities; direct the Operation Director / Manager or Manufacturing Manager to achieve the day-to-days production output, delivery performance and to improve productivity and quality performance.
• Oversee the Maintenance activities; direct the Operation Director / Manager and Maintenance Manager on day-to-day activities including preventive maintenance to ensure smooth running of production equipment to minimize production downtime.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance activities; direct the Quality Assurance Managers on plant-wide quality system and planning, also on product quality performance.
• Oversee the Material activities; direct the PLC Manager / Material Manager on material planning, purchasing, warehouse and logistics management.
• Oversee the Order Processing and Production Planning activities; direct the Customer Service and Planning Manager on order processing and production capacity planning management.
• Oversee the Production Control and Expedition activities; direct the Customer Service and Planning Manager on production control and delivery management.
• Oversee the Process Improvement activities; direct the Operation Director/Manager/ Senior/Engineering Manager on process yield improvement management.
• Oversee the New Products Development activities; direct the Operation Director/ Manager and New Product Development Manager on design, process planning, and prototype management to ensure new projects’ transfer running smoothly.
• Oversee the HRA and EHS and Facilities and Environmental activities; direct the HRA and EHS Manager to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to improve Human Resource, Administration, Training, Training, EHS, and Facilities function.
• Oversee the Finance and MIS activities; direct the Finance Manager on financial and MIS management.
• Direct the Manufacturing, Facilities, Maintenance and Administration personnel on cost saving programs.
• Responsible on production capacity, equipment, manpower and budget planning.
• Responsible for heading the company operation to ensure environmental aspects resulted from daily operations are being managed effectively to achieve pollution prevention and legal compliance associated with this environmental aspect and ISO14001 certification.
• Responsible for heading the company operation to ensure hazards resulted from daily operations are being managed effectively to achieve risk reduction / elimination / control and legal compliance associated with these health and safety risks and OHSAS 18001 certification.
• Responsible as the leader of environmental, health and safety legal and other requirements team.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality management system implementations and maintenances in accordance with the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and customer requirements are met.
• As a Chairman of RBA System Organization.
• Appoint a specific member of the organization’s management, identified as the management representative who shall have responsibility and authority for oversight of the quality management system.

Pay: Up to RM30,000.00 per month
