Job Description – Internet Gaming Shop Supervisor
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the internet gaming shop to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair computer hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, update and maintain gaming software, operating systems and computer equipment.
Perform regular maintenance of gaming PCs, peripherals and network systems to minimise downtime.
Supervise staff, assign duties, prepare work schedules and monitor work performance.
Provide excellent customer service, assist customers with technical issues and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor gaming station usage, customer bookings, cashier transactions and daily sales reports.
Ensure all computers, gaming equipment and shop facilities are properly maintained and operational.
Maintain shop cleanliness, security and compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Report technical problems, equipment faults and operational matters to management.
Job Requirements
Relevant experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, gaming applications, computer networking and IT equipment.
Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to supervise staff and manage daily shop operations independently.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
