Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Preschool Teacher to join our Japanese Immersion Programme.
Our programme combines Japanese language and cultural immersion with an English-based early childhood curriculum, providing children with a unique multicultural learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate English lessons.
Collaborate with Japanese teachers to create a nurturing bilingual learning environment.
Support children's holistic development through meaningful learning experiences.
Maintain a safe, positive and stimulating classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with parents on children's learning and progress.
Participate in school activities and cultural celebrations.
Requirements:
Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent ECDA-recognised qualification.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Passionate about early childhood education.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to collaborate with Japanese educators.
Interest in Japanese language and culture is an advantage.
Japanese language proficiency is not required.
