Sales Intern – Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily sales operations and activities. Attend to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Assist in processing customer orders and handling sales transactions.
• Support retail operations, including product arrangement and stock checking.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and preparing sales reports.
• Help maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with promotional activities, campaigns, and sales events.
• Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Interested in sales, customer service, and fashion retail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to commit to the required internship period.

Advantage:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with Shopify, POS systems, or online sales platforms.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
