Shift Details

Working Hours: 7:45 PM – 7:45 AM
Work Pattern: 4-3-3-4 work-rest cycle
Shift Arrangement: Saturday night shift, with alternating Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts

️ Your Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to achieve production targets and schedules
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to support production efficiency and product quality
• Carry out daily and monthly preventive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
• Read and understand electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Participate in workplace safety and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Support day-to-day production operations and ensure equipment operates effectively

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering; Mechanical / Mechatronics background preferred
• Able to understand electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Comfortable working a 12-hour shift and overtime when required
• Able to handle and lift 10–15kg
• Willing to work in a controlled environment
