Finance & Accounts Intern

• Assist in the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts.
• Update daily transaction records and input data into the accounting/ERP system.
• Assist with bank account and monthly statement reconciliation tasks.
• Manage the organization of financial documents and accounting files.

Marketing Intern

• Assist in planning and executing digital and on-ground marketing campaigns.
• Involve in engagement events and projects
• Help manage on product, catalog listings, and sales promotions
• Prepare basic monthly marketing campaign performance reports.

Administration Intern

• Handle daily administrative tasks, data entry, and office file management.
• Oversee office inventory records and the ordering of stationery/equipment.
• Assist incoordinating correspondence, official documents, and interview or meeting schedules.
• Support administrative tasks across departments as required.

Repair & Maintenance Intern

• Assist technicians/mechanics with routine maintenance and the inspection of vehicles/equipment.
• Assist in diagnosing basic mechanical, electrical, or technical faults.Manage the organization of spare parts, workshop inventory, and daily service records.
• Ensure the workspace, workshop equipment, and facilities remain clean and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Master in any related field.
• Good communication skills & computer skills.
• Open minded and willingness to learn new things.
• Computer literate in MS Outlook, Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
• Knowledge in any software/app is added advantage.
• Fast learner, good attitude, willingness to learn and perform extra miles.
• Have a pleasant personality.
• Have transportation to work.
