Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for someone who can manage assigned inbound B2C and B2B leads from first contact through qualification, product explanation, follow-up, quotation or order coordination, payment and basic post-sale support. The role works entirely in-house through approved communication channels and does not conduct cold prospecting, feild visits or exeternal account acquisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and qualify B2C & B2B leads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide product explanations using approved information and scripts.
• Follow up with leads, manage customer objections, and close sales.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate orders, payments, and delivery details.
• Respond to customer and agent enquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and reports.
• Escalate medical, clinical, or complex product enquiries to the appropriate team.
• Attend required training and follow company policies.

• Able to manage multiple customer enquiries and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills.
