We are hiring Warehouse & Logistics Manager (KLIA)

Location: KLIA, Selangor, Malaysia

Salary: RM9,000 - RM12,000 per month

Contract 12 months renewable

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations at KLIA, ensuring operational excellence in inventory management, SAP transactions, customs clearance, and material support for maintenance and project activities.

RMA & Outbound Deployment

Cycle Count & Inventory Compliance

Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, MRO, industrial, or rail environments.

Rail industry experience is highly preferred.

Strong experience with SAP (GSI) and inventory management systems.

Sound knowledge of customs clearance and freight forwarding operations in Malaysia.

Essential Requirements

Experience in developing and improving process flow charts for supply chain operations.

Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Inventory Management (IM) and warehouse processes.

Proven experience in customs clearance, trade compliance, and import/export operations.

Ability to independently manage complex supply chain activities and drive continuous process improvements across warehouse, logistics, and inventory functions.

Customs Clearance & Freight Management expertise

MRO / Engineering / Rail industry exposure preferred
