Summary

Lead the company’s FP&A, business planning, business intelligence, strategic finance, and investor relations activities. Partner with senior management to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and provide actionable insights on business growth, profitability, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and financial performance management.
• Drive annual and multi-year business planning, including targets, KPIs, scenarios, and resource allocation.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic and commercial decisions.
• Lead business intelligence and management reporting, developing dashboards and KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and analysis for investments, new initiatives, capital allocation, and strategic projects.
• Support the CFO and senior management on corporate strategy, fundraising, M&A, and other strategic transactions.
• Support investor relations, including investor presentations, performance communications, earnings materials, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare executive and Board-level reporting, highlighting performance, risks, opportunities, and key actions.
• Lead and develop the FP&A / strategic finance team and drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and analytics.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning capabilities.
• Advanced financial modeling, financial analysis, and valuation skills.
• Strong business intelligence and data analytics capabilities.
• Advanced Excel / financial modeling tools; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key financial drivers.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect financial performance to business strategy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and financial storytelling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of investor relations, capital markets, fundraising, or M&A is an advantage.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA/ACCA is a plus.
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience in financial planning, strategic analysis, and senior-level business partnering.
• Experience leading and developing finance or analytics teams.
