Full Time SITE SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in Yuan Ji Enterprises Pte Ltd - Maukerja

RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANNING,COORDINATING, SUPERVISING AND COMPLETING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS SAFELY , ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGETS.

Plan and coordinate daily construction activities

Attend Daily Toolbox Briefing at worksite

Prepare work schedule and monitor project progress

Ensure is completed accordingly to project specifications and timelines

Allocate work and supervise site teams, foreman, sub-contractors and site activities

Ensure proper manpower and equipment are available

Coordinate manpower and work sequence

Coordinate with Engineers, main contractor and authorities

Ensure compliance with MOM,BCA,WSH requirements, and other applicable regulations

Identify and control site hazards

Inspect completed works and arrange rectification where necessary

Have knowledge in civil works and other handyman jobs

Monitor project costs, materials, manpower, and equipment

Control wastage and avoid unnecessary expenses

Check material requirements and coordinate procurement

Maintain site records, progress report, inspection records, and other project documents

Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical and site problem quickly

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure they follow project requirement

Specialise In Installation of High Tension Transmission Cable, Optical Fibre Cable, Water/Gas Pipes and Civil Engineering Work.
