Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents and retail walk-ins and handle enquries professionally.
• Promote courses and products to support sales and enrolment growth.
• Support Managers in overseeing daily business and school operations, including follow-up of enquiries and leads, scheduling, marketing activities and administrative duties.
• Maintain the image and smooth running of the music school/retail floor.
• For Managers: Oversee outlet operations and lead the team to achieve KPIs.
• For Managers: Manage marketing activities, sales and inventory to drive outlet growth.

Job Requirements

• Eligibility: Relevant recognised qualifications required. Employment for foreign applicants is subject to Singapore work pass regulations.
• Customer and sales-focused with good communication skills.
• A self-driven professional with a good work ethic, prepared to thrive in a dynamic retail environment including weekends and retail hours.
• Schedule: 1) 5-day workweek (includes working on Saturday/Sunday, or both). 2) 5/6 days or 6 days, for more income.
