Full Time PROJECT COORDINATOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in Metrosis Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor ongoing fire alarm system and fire protection projects from project commencement until completion.

Coordinate with engineers, technicians, clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure project activities run smoothly.

Arrange and monitor site schedules, manpower, materials and installation activities.

Follow up with technicians and engineers on project progress, outstanding works and site issues.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding material availability, purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Prepare and maintain project documentation including quotation, purchase order (PO), delivery order (DO), project reports, site documents and related records.

Prepare project progress updates and assist in monitoring project timelines and deadlines.

Liaise with clients, contractors and site personnel regarding project arrangements, appointments and requirements.

Attend project/site meetings when required and follow up on action items.

Ensure project documents and records are properly updated and maintained.

Assist the Project Manager / Engineer with daily project coordination and administrative matters.

Identify and report project delays, material shortages, site issues or other matters to Management.

Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
