As a Clinic Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Promptly answer incoming phone calls and attend to enquiries at the front desk.
Serve as the first point of contact, delivering quality service to all walk-in visitors.
Assist doctors and nurses in preparing patients for their consultations.
Coordinate the ordering and tracking of investigative tests to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Accurately and promptly update patient records in the clinic system and manage all front desk documentation.
Process billing accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage the full patient journey, including scheduling follow-up appointments where necessary.
Prepare for the next day’s clinic operations.
Possess a basic understanding of insurance processes and the check-in portal, including patient benefits and co-payment requirements.
Prepare Letters of Guarantee (LOG) forms and complete laboratory request forms.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment.
Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure adequate inventory at all times.
Requirements:
ITE or Diploma in any industries
At least 2 years of relevant experience
