Responsibilities
SERVICE CREW (FULL TIME AND PART TIME AVAILABLE)
Service Crew supports front-of-house and basic back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and hygienic food service. Responsibilities include customer service, food handling, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining environment of the cafeteria.
Responsibilities
Attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders, assist with food selection, and handle enquiries
Support counter, buffet, takeaway, and caféteria operations
Ensure smooth service flow during peak periods
Serve food according to portioning and presentation standards
Assist in basic food and beverage preparation
Replenish food items and canned drinks during service hours
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Operate POS system and process cash, card, and digital payments
Ensure accurate billing and basic cash handling
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations
Clear tables and trays promptly
Follow cleaning, sanitation, and waste disposal procedures
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory handling
Support opening and closing duties
Work closely with kitchen and service teams
Follow workplace safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Singaporean
No quota currenty
Experienced with F&B customer service preferred; training provided for entry-level candidates
Food and Hygiene cert is a plus
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Basic POS and cash handling knowledge preferred
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices preferred
Able to stand for long hours and perform cleaning/service duties
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Responsible, punctual, and positive working attitude
