Full Time Application Support Analyst (Banking - Financial Services) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in Coforge Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Provide application support and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL processes.
• Support application releases, DR/BCM activities, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability.
• 6+ years of application support or production support experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Risk, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle/MS SQL, Unix/Linux, Control-M, Shell Scripting, SAP GL, Ray, Basel, and Moody’s RiskAuthority.
• Experience with database querying, batch scheduling, and application monitoring.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
