• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

• At least 4 years of experience in property marketing in property development industries.

• Strong command of brand storytelling, video production, and content creation.

• Confident communicator comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and optimize marketing performance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with creative tools, social platforms, and basic media buying interfaces (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe tools).

• Plan and manage performance marketing initiatives to drive reach, engagement, and lead quality.

• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-company communication between design, legal, sales, project, and corporate teams.

• Review and refine campaign briefs, press materials, proposals, and presentations.

• Prepare strategic decks, reports, and market insights for leadership decision-making.

• Manage project timelines, approvals, milestones, and stakeholder alignment end-to-end.

• Lead brand strategy across digital, social, on-ground, and video-driven campaigns.

• Oversee content direction — including video concepts, storyboards, shoots, editing, and post-production — to ensure cohesive brand experience.

• Support and lead project launches, events, exhibitions, and community or corporate initiatives.

• Build strong relationships with agencies, vendors, production partners, and consultants.

• To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Department.
