Shape the Future of People, Learning and Digital HR

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and employees across the organisation, while playing a meaningful part in shaping our culture, strengthening our learning environment and advancing our HR digital journey.

What You Will Do

Learning & Development

• Lead and deliver corporate learning and development initiatives that build capabilities and support our people in their career growth.
• Manage employee sponsorship and development programmes, helping employees make the most of opportunities to learn and grow.
• Coordinate training grants and funding opportunities to support workforce capability building.
• Support the implementation of our learning strategy and foster a culture where continuous learning and development are encouraged.

Digital HR & Employee Experience

• Lead assigned HR digitalisation and process improvement initiatives, looking for smarter and more effective ways of working.
• Drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience through technology, innovation and process improvements.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of HR systems and learning platforms.
• Leverage workforce data and analytics to provide insights and support better decision-making.

Culture & Employer Excellence

• Lead our Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives and other employee engagement activities.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to strengthen our workplace culture and create a positive employee experience.
• Contribute to cross-functional Human Capital projects and organisation-wide transformation initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and enjoys making things happen. You should be comfortable working with different stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities and taking ownership of your work.You will ideally have:

• A degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or HR Business Partnering,
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at different levels.
• Experience in managing learning programmes, employee development initiatives or HR projects.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently while also being a supportive and collaborative team player.
• Experience in HR systems, digitalisation projects or HR analytics would be an advantage.
