Full Time Research Technologist Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2 in MP Biomedicals Asia Pacific Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Duties:

• Perform hands-on activities related to the production of recombinant and native proteins, following established protocols and experimental plans.
• Perform protein recovery and purification using techniques such as, centrifugation, filtration, precipitation, chromatography, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, and other downstream processing methods.
• Perform routine protein characterization and quality assessment using techniques such as SDS-PAGE, ELISA, Western Blot, etc.
• Prepare buffers, reagents, media, and other materials required for protein production and purification.
• Record, analyse, and interpret experimental results to support protein production and process development.
• Maintain accurate experimental records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper functioning and reliability.
• Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and materials, and reorder as needed to support ongoing production and research activities.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in protein production, bioprocessing, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience on SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, chromatography, filtration, ultracentrifugation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, protocols, and procedures with precision and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to production.

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
