Graduate Trainee Program (Human Resource Management) - intake November 2026

Kickstart your career in Human Resource and Administration through our 9-month Graduate Trainee Program. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, documentation, and daily administrative operations within a dynamic working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
Fresh graduates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

• Human Resource Management
• Administrative Management
• Business Administration
• Office System Management
• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Aged 27 and below
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening candidates and ensuring suitability with job requirements and company culture
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate documentation
• Support daily administrative tasks and office operations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Program Structure (9 Months)

• 1 week of Soft Skills Training
• 8 months & 3 weeks On-the-Job Training
