Full Time ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Durranis Automobile Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts independently, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Manage daily accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from customers and payments to suppliers.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare vehicle costing, sales calculations and profit and loss (P&L) reports for each vehicle sold.
• Monitor vehicle purchase costs, import duties, customs duties, transportation costs and other related expenses.
• Record and monitor deposits, customer payments, bank loan disbursements and vehicle financing transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices and other accounting documents.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and relevant authorities on accounting and financial matters.
• Assist in preparing documents for annual audits, tax computations and statutory submissions.
• Monitor company cash flow, expenses and financial commitments.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents and records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by the Management.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
