Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field
Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Female candidates preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business)
Own transport is an advantage
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to new potential clients through calls, emails and visits
Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers
Promote and present caster wheels and hardware products to clients
Follow up on quotations, orders and customer enquiries promptly
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Prepare basic sales reports and update customer records regularly
Meet monthly sales targets set by management
