Responsibilities
Shiok Hokkien Mee is opening its first halal branch — SYOK!
We’re looking for friendly, hardworking and energetic Cashiers / Hawker Assistants to join our opening team.
If you enjoy working with people, love a fast-paced environment and want to be part of something new, come join us and make Syok happen!
Your Role:
Cashier
Greet customers and provide friendly service
Take orders and handle cash / cashless payments
Ensure orders are accurate and served promptly
Assist customers with basic enquiries
Keep the cashier and front counter area clean and organised
Hawker Assistant
Assist with preparing and serving our dishes
Handle noodles, ingredients and food according to SOPs
Assemble orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall
Replenish ingredients and supplies when needed
Assist with daily opening and closing duties
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations
We’re Looking For
Positive, friendly and hardworking attitude
Willingness to learn — F&B experience is a plus but not required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Responsible and punctual
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
