Job Description

Responsibilities

Looking for a motivated individual, keen to surmount challenges, for an insurance administrator patient service

Job scope

  • prepare financial estimates for surgeries by being clear about the various insurance programs and rates
  • prepare documentation to apply for letter of guarantee where required
  • email and liaise with insurance company where required
  • monitor responses
  • coordinate appointments with 3rd party vendors/radiology departments etc
  • take appointments on phone, WhatsApp
  • submit Mediclaim forms on the system
  • General filing and paperwork in the clinic
  • Monitor payments from patient and insurers
