The Securities Dealing Lead will play a key role in building the front-office dealing and trading function for Singapore Securities.
The role focuses on launching and continuously optimising core equity trading capabilities and the end-to-end client trading journey in accordance with MAS regulatory requirements. Oversee the front-office perspective across the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding and funding to trading, client servicing, and operational follow-through, ensuring effective coordination with back-end execution processes.
Partner with product, technology, compliance, operations, and client service teams to define local requirements, support testing and release readiness, and drive post-launch optimisation.
Establish robust processes for dealing support, order handling, incident escalation, client enquiries, and service feedback to strengthen client protection and service responsiveness.
Translate client behaviour, trading pain points, and market feedback into improvements across onboarding, trading interactions, advisory-related journeys, and other priority features.
Support marketing and growth initiatives to improve client activation, trading activity, and retention, helping the platform progress from basic functionality to sustainable business traction.
Take broad ownership in a lean team, contributing to training, front-line process design, and cross-functional coordination beyond formal responsibilities.
