  • Manage relationships and coordination across clients, consultants, contractors, relevant authorities and other key stakeholders.
  • Chair project and stakeholder meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, issues and key decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, dashboards and executive-level updates.

Design & Technical Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams across architectural, structural, MEP, ICT, security and specialist systems.
  • Facilitate technical design workshops, coordination meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Drive the integration of Security-by-Design (SBD), resilience, blast protection, sustainability and Design for Maintainability (DfM) requirements into the overall design.
  • Oversee design reviews, statutory submissions, approvals, waivers and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure designs are coordinated, buildable and aligned with project scope, budget, programme and operational requirements.

Programme, Risk & Change Management

  • Develop, maintain and monitor the overall master programme and key project milestones.
  • Track progress and proactively manage critical-path activities.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and mitigation measures.
  • Implement robust change-control processes to manage scope, cost and schedule impacts.
  • Drive value engineering and design optimisation initiatives while maintaining project, security and operational requirements.

Procurement & Contract Management

  • Lead tender preparation, evaluation, contractor selection and award recommendation processes.
  • Coordinate procurement of long-lead and critical equipment such as generators, UPS systems, transformers, switchgear, chilled-water systems and specialist infrastructure.
  • Administer construction contracts and manage contractual correspondence, instructions, variations, claims and related commercial matters.
  • Monitor procurement status against the overall construction and commissioning programme.

Construction, Testing & Handover

  • Lead site progress and construction coordination meetings.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, health & safety performance and commercial status.
  • Coordinate installation interfaces across architectural, structural, MEP, ICT, security and specialist systems.
  • Lead testing and commissioning activities, including Integrated Systems Testing (IST), operational readiness reviews and systems handover.
  • Oversee project completion, close-out, defects rectification and defects liability management.
  • Support relevant statutory inspections, authority approvals and sustainability certification requirements, including BCA-IMDA Green Mark Platinum where applicable.
  • Ensure final delivery meets programme, budget, quality, security, compliance and operational-readiness objectives.
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Substantial project management experience delivering large-scale, technically complex building or infrastructure developments.
  • Strong end-to-end experience covering design management, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning and handover.
  • Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary architectural, structural, MEP, ICT, security and specialist systems.
  • Strong understanding of programme management, risk management, change control, procurement and contract administration.
  • Experience with mission-critical, highly secure or operationally resilient environments would be highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Security-by-Design, authority/statutory requirements, sustainability standards and operational readiness is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
