Senior Executive, Integrated Digestive Unit (IDU)

You will provide central administrative, operational and programme management support for the Integrated Digestive Unit (IDU), working closely with the IDU leadership, clinical and academic leads, and relevant institutional stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the development and implementation of IDU programmes, tracking outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
• Providing governance support for IDU committees, including tracking decisions and following up on agreed actions.
• Coordinating IDU academic, research and clinical activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Managing an integrated calendar covering key IDU activities, reporting requirements and strategic milestones.
• Monitoring a consolidated portfolio of ongoing IDU initiatives and highlighting key updates for leadership review.
• Facilitating collaboration across IDU clinical, research and academic programmes and relevant institutional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful, highly driven and adaptable to change in a dynamic environment
