We are looking for a Telesales & Online Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Bandar Baru Bangi.

No sales experience? No problem.

We provide training and guidance to help you learn the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

As part of our Sales & Marketing team, your main role will be to communicate with potential customers and help them find the right products based on their needs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Contact potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Communicate with customers and understand their needs.
• Explain products, promotions and packages to potential customers.
• Follow up with prospects and manage your customer pipeline.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist with online marketing activities through WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Assist in creating simple marketing content and promotional materials.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the company's system.
• Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Attend regular training, coaching and sales development sessions.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least SPM or equivalent.
• Is comfortable communicating with people.
• Is confident and willing to speak with customers.
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Is motivated by targets and performance-based income.
• Can work independently as well as in a team.
• Is comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer applications.
• Has experience in sales, telesales, customer service or online marketing — an advantage, but not required.

Fresh Graduates Are Welcome!
